At Find Tix we like to give you as much information as possible so you are comefortable letting us do what we do best. 

Do these tickets let you actually go on the island?

 

Yes! These tour tickets include the ferry to the island and the audio headset tour within the prison. You will not be disappointed!

Are the tickets guaranteed?

 

Guaranteed authentic, Yes! Guaranteed to find... No. We are a ticket locating service so it is entirely possible that by the time you seek tickets we may not actually find them unfortunately. We do have a very high success rate, however and you will never pay for our service unless we find you tickets! Plus the tickets 

How does this work?

 

Once you place your request for the desired dates and times we get to work calling and emailing around to do what we do best and find you tickets that work with your schedule. We have the best luck closer to the date of departure. This means that we may not find tickets right away. Very seldom do we not locate tickets though, given a minimum of 3-4 days to locate them.

Can you get same day tickets?

 

We can, yes. Although it is significantly more difficult and means less likely to come across. Most suppliers will not have same day tickets left.

How long does it take to find tickets?

 

Once we receive your order we will immediately do everything we can to locate your tickets for you as soon as possible. We generally find tickets closer to the date of departure though. This means that if you request tickets for a month out it will likely take us a few weeks to locate them. However we can come across tickets at any time. 

What is your refund policy?

We offer a completely 100% risk free service. If we do not locate tickets for you, you will receive a full refund. You can also cancel your request at any time as long as your order has not been placed into processing.

How do I know if you found my tickets, or my order has been placed into processing?

 

Once we locate tickets that work withing your specifications we will place your order into processing. This will send you an automated email notification that the status of your order has changed. Please make sure your email address is correct so you receive all correspondence.
